If you specifically require signature on delivery, there will be an additional charge of $2.95 added to you shipping cost.
To avoid collecting your parcel from the post office, we encourage customers to consider sending their orders to their work address or making use of a parcel locker service that may be more accessible after hours or closer to work etc.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you select ‘Authority to leave’, the courier will leave your order at your address, even if no one is around to receive it.
Please note, in this case The Luggage Place or the courier company cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off.

WHEN WILL MY INTERNET ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be dispatched the following business day, once payment has been received.
Further time may be required to process larger orders over $400 where there is a verification process to avoid fraud.

The Luggage Place makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Tuesday through to Friday) excluding public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to the Luggage Place, the customer will be responsible for additional freight costs.
