We process orders within 24-48 hours when we receive them.
We offer in-store pick-up for online purchases.
We will send you notification by email when your purchase is ready for collection.
Should there be a delay in processing we will notify you via email or phone. Please allow 2-4 business days.
Payment can be made via PayPal during the checkout process. Our eBay store also offers AfterPay.
We offer a full refund on any item that is faulty. If an item is received in error on our part we will also offer a full refund or replacement. We do however request that you notify us of any such problems within 7 days of receipt of product. If you try and return an item because it does not ‘fit your style’ or because it was ‘not what you thought it was’, then we will accept the return and shipping will be at your cost.
We are happy to process returns if the purchased item is un-used, in the original packaging and the tags are attached.
Please bring the item in with the purchase receipt.
