The Luggage Place offer a refund on goods purchased providing the following conditions are met:

We are happy to exchange or refund our customers within 30 days from the purchase date.  Goods must be returned in original packaging with the purchase receipt, original  product tags attached and in saleable/new condition. 

Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the package for any damage. Packages leave our stores in good condition and The Luggage Place will not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit unless the damage is noted on the drivers receipt.

Online purchases….The customer shall call The Luggage Place prior to returning goods. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior confirmation. In the unlikely event you are sent the incorrect item The Luggage Place will send and charge for the correct replacement item (if available) and arrange collection of incorrect item and credit upon return of incorrect item in good/original order and condition.
