We do our best to keep our stock levels up to date on our website, if there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email.

If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Purchase online- We will confirm your order when its ready for collection

If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund via your payment method.

If you see an item on our website and you would like it shipped , please contact us to arrange delivery at your cost.

Tuesday – Friday, between 10am – 4pm  or Saturday 9am-1pm, once confirmation is received.

We process orders within 24-48 hours when we receive them. 

We offer in-store pick-up for online purchases.

We will send you notification by email when your purchase is ready for collection.

Should there be a delay in processing we will notify you via email or phone. Please allow 2-4 business days.

Payment can be made via PayPal during the checkout process. Our eBay store also offers AfterPay.

We offer a full refund/exchange on any item that is faulty. If an item is received in error, we will issue full refund or replacement of the purchased item. We do however request that you notify us of any such problems within 7 days of receipt of product. 

We are happy to process returns/exchanges within 30 days if the purchased item is un-used, in the original packaging and the tags are attached.

Please bring the item in with the purchase receipt.

Please bring your luggage in at anytime during our business hours for an assessment with your receipt.

Has your luggage been damaged in transit?

Immediately, report the damage to the airline, cruise or transport operator before you leave the terminal and receive a report.

Airline carry-on allowance policies and guidelines are subject to momentary changes and based on Economy standards. For the most accurate information, please check airline websites prior to departure.
