Lock repairs and replacements can be done at The Luggage Place.

Repairs types include:

We guarantee our repairs for 6 months.

Collection of repairs

Failure to collect your repaired goods within the required or reasonable timeframe ….(3 months) may result in disposal of your goods (subject to applicable laws) and The Luggage Place shall have no liability as a result.
(including compensation).

We will send 3 x notifications and if your goods have not been collected after 3 months we will dispose of the items as storage space is limited. 

Pricing may vary according to make and model and repair type eg. repair or replace.
