We are happy to do the repair for you as we are not a parts supplier…we can supply the part and fit it for you..
Please note that we cannot quote from photos or verbal description, we need to see your item in person to make an assessment.
Handle repairs and replacements can be done at The Luggage Place.
Has your luggage been damaged in transit?
Immediately, report the damage to the airline, cruise or transport operator before you leave the terminal and receive a report.
Repair types include:
- Replacement of the trolley system(telescopic handle)
- Repair of the trolley system or trolley system handle
- Replace or repair handles top or side or both
- We have replacement handles to suit most musical instrument cases
- We can also make alterations to suit if needed
We only use competent well trained repair service professionals and genuine parts
If parts are not available we can retro-fit something to suit ( a non genuine part)
In some cases, we have to use secondhand parts if there are no parts available
We guarantee our repairs for 6 months
If your repair is not collected withing 3 months and we have sent 3 reminders, we will dispose of your item as we have limited storage space.
